Qualifications:

3-5 years experience as a zonal manager in the FMCG sector
Age between 25-40
Key Responsibilities:
Experience required in dealing with IMT and LMT along with a strong grip over markets in his zone
Implementation of the company’s marketing and sales strategies effectively is integral in departments of his region
Supervision of stock management and distribution
To acquire primary and secondary sales
Training, grooming and motivating sales staff while incorporating teamwork and achieving the company’s objectives
