Rocket Internet has launched 3 very exciting start-ups so far in Pakistan, out of which 2 will need dedicated HR Management. Both companies are similar in their core business model and with the aspiration to be the fastest growing online real estate marketplaces in South Asia, one has the chance to enter a very dynamic working culture. So far the teams consist of 30 employees in total. Room for improvement and the possibility to demonstrate a hands-on HR Management approach will be key for the continues success story.

Qualifications

  • Should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Internet & Email
  • Should be able to visit various customers’ premises daily. (Should possess a motor bike. Fuel and maintenance expenses shall be provided)
  • Should be swift in typing to collect data on customers’ premises. (Laptop will be provided)
  • Should be able to take on location photographs. (Cameras will be provided)
  • Well groomed and excellent negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills with a good grasp of spoken and written English language.
