Upon the directions of the Chief Minister, a comprehensive strategy has been devised, for restructuring and reform in operation of Cattle Markets and their management to discourage extortion, corruption, role of middlemen and official mafias. In this connection, nine cattle market management companies are being established in each division. These companies will take over the operations of the existing cattle markets and improve facilities and livestock trading environment in the province.

Job Qualification Details

1	Managing Director	MBA (Marketing, Finance, HR), MPA/ MA/ M. Sc. from any HEC recognized National or International Universities (Preference will be given to candidates with DVM/ M. Phil in Veterinary Sciences with 15 years’ experience in public/ private sector and including 05 years’ in senior management position.	Up to 50 years
2	General Manager	DVM/ M. Phil in Veterinary Sciences or with MBA, MPA, MA/ M. Sc. from any HEC recognized or National/ International universities with 10 years’ of experience including minimum 03 years’ in the relevant field and 03 years’ in administration.	Up to 45 years
3	Chief Financial Officer/ Company Secretary	Chartered Accountant or Cost Management Accountant/ Masters in (Commerce, Finance) MBA Finance with 10 years’ experience in Financial Management in a sizeable Public Private Organization, formulating financial strategies and systems/ procedures & Development and excellent IT skills.	Up to 45 years
4	Internal Auditor	CA, ACMA, MBA Finance/ Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) will be given preference with 05 years’ experience in the relevant Field/ should have knowledge of companies ordinance, 1984, Good Command on IAS & ISA and knowledge of security exchange commission governing rules and reporting requirements, requirements of Internal, management, statutory audits, analytical ability and to design & implement Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures, Internal Audit Manual etc.	Up to 45 years
