The Business Development Executive will play a vital role in planning and delivering business development services through a variety of strategies to support the growth and expansion of Lamudi. You are a hunter; a dynamic and results-driven individual in the Business to Business Sales arena, who thrives in a competitive environment. Your role is to utilize your professional selling skills to generate leads, cultivate client relationships and to offer innovative solutions.

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree-Graduate Degree (BA, BBA, BSc, B.Com)

 Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain new sellers from an assigned area and category;
  • Planning and preparing presentations;
  • Professionally and effectively employ sales skills to achieve targets;
  • Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication;
  • Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities;
  • Be able to provide a full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits;
  • Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients;
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, CRM and other related software
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills;
  • Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as a part of a team;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Professional self-starter, high level of motivation; customer empathy and ethics
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities;
  • Ability to collect and analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
