| Core Responsibilities | (1) Prepare invoices of cash and installment sales after verifying the requirements.
(2) Preparation of month and report of collection (Spare Parts & Sales) with detail month and defaulter report and completing the data of follow up customers. (3) Maintain bank deposit slips month wise record, duly signed by manager and send to Head Office at the end of the month for their record. (4) Preparation of month end reports, record keeping and reconciliation. (5) Timely preparation of imprest batches and sends to Head Office. (6) Timely collection of all mode of payment against sale / spare parts and installments. |
